Unifi now introduce new package to the public for the higher speed internet with the same price subscription. So I have upgrade from plan VIP5 to VIP10 with discount, then later they upgrade to Unifi Advance 30Mbps for free at the payment permonth as VIP10 service plan. Unlucky my PC adapter only support 802.11b and g at 2.4Ghz carrier to the router. The final speed capped at 20MBPS, lost 10MBPS at the PC speed for high speed internet setting. So trying to get some information since I’m not into telecommunication fanatics of these WIFI speed. Badly I have miss a lots about the 802.11ac specification after the 802.11 N speed. This AC speed can achieve more than 1GBPS at frequency of 5Ghz per channel. So its called the dual band adapter which the adapter can read both speed frequency at 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously. The 2.4Ghz speed capped at 800MBPS speed and 5Ghz at 1733MBPS. So for long term usage I decided to buy the very high end adapter for best performance and higher bandwidth for HD Videos and so on.
