Japanese Mochi

The above photos show the Japanese Chateraise Cream Cake aka Mochi Cake that consist of Red Bean and Sticky Flour. It’s taste so sweet along with the bean inside the white sticky surface. I rate it 3 stars from 5, maybe not too familiar with Japanese food and not often eat Japanese dish all the time. Some of the ingredients contain rice, dairy product, milk and so on. No shortening is use to the ingredients but I think the original from Japan the mochi must be more tasty than made in our country Malaysia
